Eco design - Wind tunnel testing

Creating a sustainable product isn’t just about using recycalable materials it’s also about understanding at what point in the product’s life cycle it has the most amount of environmental impact and then focussing your efforts in that area first. Yesterday I spent the day in a wind tunnel testing the performance of a product. The idea being that a small improvement in performance across the life of the product far out ways the impact inflicted during the manufacturing process.
