I designed the mechanical aspect of the product and managed the process from concept to production. The product complied to MIL SPEC 810H for vibration and shock requirements and sealed to IP67. The enclosure was designed to keep all components within their safe operating temperature for a product temperature range of -40C to +60C. Several of the key components where thermally bonded to the enclosure.
